1. The validity of the warranty runs, for each item, from the date of purchase which is attested by the sales receipt from the official seller
2. Warranty period 24 months.
3. For the indicated period of validity, J.D. O. S.r.l. guarantees the quality of the products and the lack of manufacturing defects; the warranty action does not relieve from the obligation to pay the price. The warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of the product. The consumer enjoys all the rights provided by art.128 and s.s. and the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/05);
4. Products tampered with and/or modified by the purchaser and/or third parties are not covered by the warranty. The warranty does not operate in the event that the product is also damaged by accident or accidental events (e.g. falls, hits, swipes etc.).
5. Warranty performance is conditional on delivery of the defective product to the retailer where the purchase was made. The non-conformity of the product sold or the presence of any defects must be reported within 60 days from the discovery of the defect under penalty of forfeiture of the warranty right.
6. the repair of the product will be carried out as soon as possible, and in any case within a period of not less than 10 working days for Italy and 20 working days for other European countries. If J.D.O. S.r.l. believes, in its sole discretion, that it cannot usefully provide the repair, the buyer will be entitled only to the replacement of the jewel with another identical or corresponding.
